Online Order Policy

Defects:
If there happens to be a quality issue with your order, we REQUIRE a photo picture to be taken within 24 hours from when order is delivered and be emailed to us at sales@meenafarms.com.
Shipping Details:
- All orders will be shipped on Monday – Wednesday.
- If an order is placed by 12 PM PST Sunday – Tuesday it will ship out on the next business day. Orders placed Wednesday – Saturday will ship on the following Monday.
- Varieties are subject to change and if a substitution is required, we shall make sure it is of equal or greater value.
- In the event of a significant shipping delay due to a high number of orders, we will notify you via email or phone.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Meena Farms is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
